Job summary

Beyondsoft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing projects across telecommunications and IT infrastructure. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, cross-functional coordination, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years’ PM experience, and PMI or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous. Cantonese proficiency is highly preferred for coordinating with regional stakeholders and vendors in a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in telecommunications and/or infrastructure services, managing external customer-facing projects.
PM certification such as PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is an added advantage.
Good understanding of telecommunications and IT industries.

Responsibilities

Develop the Project Charter with sponsor buy-in and sign-off.
Prepare and maintain a formal project plan and schedule.
Direct and manage project execution to achieve milestones.
Monitor and control project work to ensure progress.
Handle all change requests and integrate approved changes into the plan.
Close the project or phase with formal acceptance and sign-off.
Conduct stakeholder analyses and manage customer expectations, both stated and unstated.
Clarify contract details and manage variations, reporting to sponsor with updates.
Communicate project status through reports and stakeholder meetings.
