Job summary

KGiSL is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead strategic Core Banking initiatives for a major client. The role requires hands-on management of end-to-end software development projects in Banking/Financial Services and familiarity with Core Banking platforms.

Silverlake Mobius experience is highly preferred; other Core Banking platforms are mandatory. The ideal candidate will understand SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and collaborate across client

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end software development projects in Banking/Financial Services.
• Hands-on exposure to Core Banking platforms.
• Silverlake Mobius experience is highly preferred; otherwise Core Banking experience on other platforms mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Core Banking initiatives for our Client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end software development projects within the Banking or Financial Services industry and possess hands-on exposure to Core Banking platforms.

Silverlake Mobius experience is highly preferred. If candidates do not have Silverlake Mobius exposure, experience with any other Core Banking platform is mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in managing software development and system integration projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, microservices, and digital banking integrations.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and banking ecosystems.
• Familiarity with database concepts and application architecture.
