Job summary

Fourtitude Asia is seeking a Business Analyst to liaise with clients, gather project requirements, and manage timelines and resources across multiple teams. The role involves coordinating workflows between developers, designers, and copywriters, and leading User Acceptance Testing with internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants with BA experience are preferred; marketing and business development exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science / IT / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to gather project requirements and translate into briefs.
• Coordinate timelines and resources across developers, designers, and copywriters.
• Lead client meetings and provide project updates via email or phone.
• Monitor incoming tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company during client-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• To liaise with and manage client requests on a daily basis; which includes taking client briefs, gathering project requirements, compiling project materials that are required for the successful execution of the client’s project, sending project / job updates to the client via email or via a telephone call and to follow up on items that require client feedback
• To manage & monitor incoming tasks that are requested by the client
• To take the lead in project timeline planning and project resource management
• To take the lead in coordinating the workflow between developers, designers and copywriters
• To take the lead in the co-ordination & running of User Acceptance Tests both internally & externally
• Representing the company at client-side meetings
• BA experience is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent

Requirements

• Creative thinking and the ability to strategize
• Must possess excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
• Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Marketing and business development experience is nice to have, but not mandatory
• Experienced applications will be considered for a Senior position
