Job summary

Zitron Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Project Assistant for our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. The role supports project delivery across diverse ICT projects and works closely with the Project Manager to ensure productivity and timely execution.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor degree in information systems or computer science and 3–4 years IT project experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–4 years of working experience in IT project role.
• Understanding of software development life cycle.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure productivity.
• Contribute towards the development and scoping of projects.
• Assist in the collection, compilation and analysis of data related to the project.
• Coordinate and schedule project team meetings, and support meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist in the coordination / organization of training and other events.
• Provide support in the execution of project work plans and ensure activities are scheduled, monitored and reported.
• Assist in the procurement of goods and services.
• Assist in writing reports and other project related documentation.
• Check and test software deliveries and releases to ensure they're delivered as expected.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Able to work after office hours and weekends as needed.
