Job summary

Zitron Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Project Assistant to support project delivery from our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. You will assist the Project Manager, help scope and develop projects, collect and analyze data, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, 3–4 years IT project experience, and strong communication. The role requires independent work and occasional after-hours activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science or related field.
• 3-4 years of IT project experience.
• Understanding of software development life cycle.
• Skill in project planning and implementation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure productivity.
• Contribute towards the development and scoping of projects.
• Assist in the collection, compilation and analysis of data related to the project.
• Coordinate and schedule project team meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating training and other events.
• Support execution of project work plans and monitor/report activities.
• Assist in procurement of goods and services.
• Assist in writing reports and related documentation.
• Check and test software deliveries and releases to ensure they meet expectations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Available to work after office hours and weekends as needed.

Education

Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science or other related fields

As a IT Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our diverse range of projects within the Information & Communication Technology industry. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office.
