Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Finance with strong IT orientation.
2–6 years IT Service Management or related experience for Experienced; Senior >6 years in ITSM/Infrastructure/BI Analyst.
ITIL certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Resolve functional or technical issues through system configuration or coordination with IT and external vendors.
Manage and resolve technical incidents in accordance with SLAs.
Monitor and analyze root causes of production disruptions and recommend preventive measures.
Perform daily operational checks and functional testing of applications.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with business users, IT teams, and risk functions.
Participate in change management and release planning to assess and mitigate production risks.
Coordinate and execute testing during change windows or weekend releases.
Update and enhance documentation for incidents and resolutions.
