Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading operational teams in mission-critical environments.

Drive Site Operations: Manage end-to-end data center activities to ensure maximum availability, performance, and hardware reliability.

Resource & Capacity Management: Supervise critical site capacity metrics including power, space, and cooling alongside expansion blueprints.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and elevate the local operations team through strategic workforce planning and engagement.

Incident & Risk Control: Direct incident management and escalation processes to eliminate system downtime and handle site risk registers.

Sustainability & Safety: Implement green energy initiatives while fostering a comprehensive safety culture and maintaining strict SOP/MOP documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: 3‑5+ years managing operational teams within a mission‑critical footprint (data center, telecom, or industrial power).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a highly technical field.
• Technical Acumen: Profound knowledge of maintenance management frameworks, asset lifecycles, and capacity scheduling.
• Preferred Tools: Prior exposure to ITIL frameworks or ServiceNow service‑management systems.
• Leadership Attributes: Stellar problem‑solving capabilities, adaptable mindset under pressure, and fluent English communication skills.
