Job summary

MR D.I.Y. is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, networks, and service desk activities across the organisation. The role ensures stable, secure IT services while coordinating internal IT teams, vendors, and business users.

You will drive incident management, disaster recovery planning, and continuous service improvement, with responsibility for audits, patching, and change control across multiple sites and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of IT infrastructure, network, system administration, or IT operations experience.
• At least 2 years of supervising an IT technical or support team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations and service management across servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and security to ensure reliable IT services.
• Coordinate incident resolution and ensure escalations meet SLA requirements.
• Review recurring incidents and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Maintain IT operational procedures, escalation processes, and documentation.
• Support offices, warehouses, and remote locations; coordinate planned maintenance.
• Supervise infrastructure, network, system administration, and service desk staff; allocate tasks.
