Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude.
• Experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure Support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms, ServiceNow, Jira, scripting, or infrastructure technologies is beneficial.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work on a 24/7 rotational shift supporting business-critical systems and services.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, databases, network services and production environments.
• Perform first-level incident investigation, recovery, escalation and resolution.
• Support Data Centre operations including hardware installation, cabling and vendor coordination.
• Participate in operational initiatives, automation, monitoring enhancements and system upgrades.
