Qualifications

• Knowledge of SwiftNet and messaging solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training on Swift's products.
• Manage project risks and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with technical readiness.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Skills

Fluent in English

Technical support experience
