Job description

• Oversee servers, network infrastructure, and IT systems management and maintenance.
• Maintain and assist with ERP, Cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0.
• Provide support for PC/laptop, printers, firewall, network devices (WIFI, switches, DNS), CCTV, door access, email, and anti-virus.
• Offer technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for hardware, software, repair, and warranty issues.
• Assist in implementing security (firewalls, anti-virus, encryption, access controls) and ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards.
• Assist in supervising IT professionals and collaborate on budget management.
• Propose improvements, schedule maintenance/upgrades for minimum downtime, and maintain documentation.
• Willingness to travel overseas/domestically.

• Preferably in IT / Computer & Network / System / Database Admin
• Must possess a Bachelor/Diploma/Certificate in IT or related discipline
• Working knowledge of the Windows desktop environment
