Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an Information Technology internship in Shah Alam to support the IT team with daily operations, system maintenance, and hands-on learning in the IT industry.

You will assist in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, help with system installations, and contribute to AI and digital solution projects while developing practical skills.

Ideal candidates are pursuing IT-related studies, have basic tech knowledge, good communication, and a team spirit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS/SE or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of programming languages or databases is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin-speaking preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting company hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide basic technical support to internal users
• Support system installation, configuration, and testing activities
• Assist in website, system, or application maintenance
• Participate in AI and digital solution-related projects
• Monitor and update IT documentation and records
• Support data entry, backup, and system housekeeping tasks
• Assist the IT team in daily operational and administrative tasks
