Job summary

TechStreet in Malaysia seeks an IT intern to assist daily technical operations, system maintenance and troubleshooting while gaining hands-on experience in the IT industry. You will work with the IT team on core tasks and learn practical skills in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities include helping with hardware, software, and network support, system installation, documentation, and basic data entry tasks. Mandarin-speaking preferred for client communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of programming languages or databases is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting company hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide basic technical support to internal users.
• Support system installation, configuration, and testing activities.
• Assist in website, system, or application maintenance.
• Participate in AI and digital solution-related project.
• Monitor and update IT documentation and records.
• Support data entry, backup, and system housekeeping tasks.
• Assist the IT team in daily operational and administrative tasks.
