Job summary

Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT support administrator to provide administrative functions related to customer services, ensuring MMMHE users and clients receive quality and reliable IT services as per service level agreements to minimize business disruption.

You will establish and maintain relationships with business units to proactively address IT support issues, manage licenses and service agreements, and support SLA quality assurance in line with ICT policies

Qualifications

• Diploma in ICT or any related discipline.
• 2 years of experience in IT industry.
• Minimum 1 year with PCs/printers/telecommunication hardware and software support experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.
• Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
• Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime.
• Perform and conduct physical inventory count of ICT equipment and tracking activities as per ICT Corporate Governance Guidelines.
• Assist in performing SLA quality assurance programs to meet business requirements and compliance with ICT policies, standards, guidelines and processes.
• Consolidate service level requirements and service quality plan on the IT services for MMHE to optimize business operation.
• Undertake other tasks which management may assign on an adhoc basis.

REQUIREMENTS
