Job summary

GAMER2GAMER SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to keep workplace technology running smoothly across our KL and Indonesia offices.

You will manage user accounts, devices, office networks, VPN, and on-prem hosting while delivering L2 support and contributing to automation. The role emphasizes methodical problem solving, strong English communication, and hands-on administration of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Fortigate/Cisco devices, MDM, and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Hands-on IT support, systems administration or IT operations experience.
• Structured troubleshooting approach with logs, configs and changes.
• Experience administering cloud identity and email suites (G Workspace / MS 365).
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and firewall/configuration experience.
• Linux CLI proficiency; MDM platform experience; cloud familiarity.
• Clear written and spoken English; logging and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provision/de-provision user accounts, groups, and mail/drive access.
• Manage endpoints: macOS/Windows via MDM; device baselines and security.
• Administer office networks: Fortigate, Cisco APs, switches; VLANs and Wi‑Fi.
• Provide L2 IT support; triage requests via Slack with SLAs and logs.
• Own domains/SSL lifecycle; manage DNS records and renewals.
• Coordinate renewals for firewalls, licences, cloud services.
• Maintain security hygiene and incident escalation with Cloud/DevOps.
• Document procedures; participate in change management and maintenance.
