Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with ITIL practices and ITSM processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and audit evidence management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations including servers, networks and storage.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and security to ensure service availability.
• Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and problems following agreed SLAs.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, procedures and audit evidence for governance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to minimize service disruptions.
