Qualifications

• Must have a degree in information technology or computer science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management with focus on networks, servers, cybersecurity and IT compliance.
• Experience leading an IT operations management team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, deployment, and management of essential IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, storage).
• Collaborates with IT teams (development, cybersecurity) to support new technologies and initiatives.
• Manages day-to-day operations and projects within the IT Infrastructure team.
• Manages internal and external communications and serves as escalation contact for business issues.
• Assists in managing relationships with external organizations and suppliers.
