Job summary

TJH INSOX SDN BHD in Penang seeks an IT Infrastructure Executive to manage servers, networks, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). You will monitor performance, ensure security, troubleshoot issues, and support backups, DR, and business continuity. Travel to KL may be required.

The role includes administering Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and providing end-user IT support. A 2+ year background in IT infra with cloud knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or cloud support.
• Basic knowledge of AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support company servers, network infrastructure, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and system-related issues.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support cloud services, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Provide IT support for office users, including laptops, desktops, printers, and network connectivity.
• Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and IT projects.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and software licenses.
• Travel to KL office or data center when required.
