Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or experienced in IT support, technical support, customer service, helpdesk, service desk, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding IT device issues and service requests.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, tablets, and related devices.
• Gather information from customers to understand reported issues.
• Do initial diagnosis and escalate complex issues to technicians as needed.
• Act as liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate repair, servicing, replacement, collection and delivery of devices.
• Follow up with technicians and customers to provide timely updates.
• Record customer and device information, issue descriptions, troubleshooting steps and status.
• Monitor open cases and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
• Perform basic device checks and maintain service records.
• Undertake other duties related to customer support and service coordination.
