Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking and business apps.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication in English and Malay; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access rights for data security and compliance.
• Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Support IT projects, including system upgrades and new software rollouts.
• Monitor system performance and IT infrastructure operations.
• Liaise with vendors for IT purchases and support.
• Document IT processes and troubleshooting guides for staff.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT tools and best practices.
• Undertake ad-hoc IT tasks assigned by management.

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access rights to ensure data security and compliance
• Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance
• Support implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and new software rollouts
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and support
• Document IT processes, policies, and troubleshooting guides for staff reference
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT tools and best practices
• Undertake any other ad-hoc IT tasks assigned by management

About you

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 1–2 years of working experience in IT support or system administration
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and common business applications
• Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
