Job summary

Toyoplas Manufacturing in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking an IT support specialist to maintain computers, printers, software, and network systems at our facility. You will install, configure, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure smooth factory operations.

You will manage user accounts, backups, security updates, and coordinate with vendors. Experience in manufacturing IT and knowledge of networks, servers, and Microsoft 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 3–5 years IT support experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of networks, servers, hardware, software, and Microsoft 365.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and support factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for computers, printers, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Monitor and maintain company network, internet, and Wi-Fi connections.
• Support ERP, production, and barcode systems used in the factory.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Perform regular data backups and security updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for system maintenance and purchases.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Ensure company data and systems are protected from security threats.
