Solana Tec Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a passionate IT Executive to drive CRM optimization, workflow automation, reporting, and data storage.

The role requires proactive, independent work with Mandarin-speaking liaison duties. You will handle IT infrastructure, security policies, and provide user support while pursuing ERP-related projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in computer science or IT, with strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn in a growing team

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proactive, independent, and willing to learn.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, manage, and continuously upgrade the company’s CRM system to support business operations.
• Continuously optimize system efficiency, reliability, and security through workflow automation and process improvements.
• Maintain and manage the company’s data storage systems, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, backup, and security.
• Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, system access, and cybersecurity policies.
• Provide technical support for users and IT-related issues within the company.
• Undertake additional IT-related projects as required e.g. develop ERP modules.
