Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Candidates should have IT support/system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, OS, and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
• Perform routine IT maintenance, system updates, and data backups.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity and IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance and support.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and related records.
• Ensure IT equipment and systems are functioning properly.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

The management particularly prefers candidates with senior level IT experience who can work independently and handle day to day IT matters effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, operating systems, and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
• Perform routine IT maintenance, system updates, and data backups.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity and IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance and technical support when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and related records.
• Ensure IT equipment and systems are functioning properly.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar IT role.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with senior-level IT experience are highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday: Off
