• Set up and configure company devices (laptops, monitors, mobile devices).

• Manage IAM including user accounts, permissions, MFA, and offboarding.
• Monitor website performance and liaise with external developers or hosting providers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory of technology assets and software licenses.

Job description

IT & Digital Integration Executive (AI & Automation)

Update website content, including text, images, announcements, and product/service pages.

Monitor website performance, check for broken links, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Liaise with external web developers or hosting providers to resolve complex technical issues or server downtime.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Create, set up, and manage user accounts (IDs) and email addresses for new employees.

Manage user permissions across company software and shared files to ensure data security.

Handle the employee offboarding process securely by revoking access and backing up necessary data.

Assist staff with password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA) setups, and resolving login issues.

General IT Support & Operations

Provide first-line helpdesk support to staff experiencing hardware, software, or network issues.

Set up and configure company devices (laptops, monitors, mobile devices) for optimal use.

Install, update, and troubleshoot standard business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, antivirus software).

Maintain an accurate inventory of all company technology assets and software licenses.
