Job summary

Evonik Malaysia in Selangor is seeking an L2/L3 SAP EHS support specialist to handle regulatory checks and health and safety management. You will work with SAP EHS features like SVT, MRC, and ALE distribution, and coordinate with stakeholders using SMAX and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 SAP EHS support including SVT, MRC, and ALE distribution, and Health and Safety Management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and align shift within the KL support team; work with ticket tools such as SMAX and ServiceNow.
• Ensure regulatory compliance checks and data accuracy across SAP EHS modules.

RESPONSIBILITIES

L2 and L3 support for SAP EHS incl. coverage of Business requirements, communication and coordination with the stakeholders Shift alignment within the KL support team general working with different ticket tools, e.g. Regulatory Solution Board user stories, SMAX (followed by ServiceNow Evonik internally) Support SAP EHS with focus on Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), Marketing Restriction Checks (MRC) and ALE distribution, moreover Health and Safety Management (HSM)

REQUIREMENTS

University / Bachelor degree or comparable His/her experience enables the candidate to solve the related issues him-/herself and to consult others Openess to learn new topics, e.g. Waste Management German language abilities beneficial
