Job summary

Evonik Malaysia is seeking an IT Applications Expert (Advanced) to provide L2/L3 SAP EHS support, aligning with business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders in a dynamic chemical environment.

The role involves shift alignment within the KL team, handling tickets via SMAX and ServiceNow, and supporting SVT, MRC and HSM processes to ensure compliance and operational safety.

Qualifications

• University / Bachelor degree or comparable.
• Able to solve related issues independently and consult others.
• Willingness to learn new topics (e.g., Waste Management).
• German language abilities beneficial.

Responsibilities

• L2 and L3 support for SAP EHS incl. coverage of business requirements, communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Shift alignment within the KL support team.
• Work with ticket tools such as SMAX and ServiceNow after Evonik's internal handover, including Regulatory Solution Board user stories.
• Support SAP EHS focusing on SVT, MRC and ALE distribution, Health and Safety Management (HSM).
