Job summary

Evonik Malaysia seeks an SAP EHS support specialist to provide L2/L3 assistance, aligning with business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders within a dynamic KL support team.

The role involves working with various ticket tools (Regulatory Solution Board, SMAX, ServiceNow) and contributing to SAP EHS topics such as Substance Volume Tracking, Marketing Restriction Checks, ALE distribution, and Health and Safety Management.

Qualifications

• University / Bachelor degree or comparable.
• His/her experience enables the candidate to solve the related issues him-/herself and to consult others.
• Openess to learn new topics, e.g. Waste Management.
• German language abilities beneficial.

Responsibilities

• L2 and L3 support for SAP EHS incl. coverage of Business requirements, communication and coordination with the stakeholders
• Shift alignment within the KL support team
• general working with different ticket tools, e.g. Regulatory Solution Board user stories, SMAX (followed by ServiceNow Evonik internally)
• Support SAP EHS with focus on Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), Marketing Restriction Checks (MRC) and ALE distribution, moreover Health and Safety Management (HSM)
