Job summary

Gamuda Land is seeking an IT Application Manager to lead the team responsible for managing and supporting all core IT applications across Leisure & Hospitality, Leasing, and Retail segments. You will act as a business analyst for new applications and processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operation and guiding adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Masters in IT related qualification.
• Cloud computing knowledge of Google Cloud or similar.
• End-user support across mobile computing, laptops/desktops/POS, printers, office apps, and telephony.
• 5+ years of IT environments support in themed parks or similar, esp. Ticketing, F&B, Retail, Online platforms.
• Familiarity with MySQL/SQL and ERP systems is advantageous.
• ITIL V4 or PMP certifications are desirable; knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI.
• At least 3 years of staff management experience.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application team in managing and supporting all existing IT applications.
• Act as business analyst to develop and implement new applications and processes.
• Configure and administer applications and systems (including POS like Xilnex and Yardi).
• Manage pricing, promotions, interfaces, postings, and e-invoicing across platforms.
• Liaise with service providers to resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain service uptime across application services for efficient operations.
• Perform application upgrades and patches and ensure compliance.
• Support disaster recovery activation and execution.
• Assist in budget planning for IT software and services.
• Ensure application compliance with group policies and risk controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
