Job summary

SOGO (KL) Department Store Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Application Support professional for a full-time, on-site role to support ERP, POS, CRM and related systems. You will handle 2nd level support, data integration in SQL, and assist web portal and ASP/VB.Net projects, with availability for after-hours during implementations or month-end.

Diploma in IT/Computer Science with 3–4 years' experience, familiarity with SAP B1, LS Retail, MS SQL and ASP/VB is preferred; immediate start is

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
• Experience with SAP Business One, LS Retail, MS SQL and ASP/VB programming is a plus.
• Strong communication, good attitude, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2nd level support for business applications (ERP, POS, CRM, B2B, etc).
• Maintain and support data integration between business applications in SQL and related systems.
• Assist, develop and support web portal and integration programs in ASP/VB.NET.
• Participate in new application/system implementations, support and development as required.
