The role involves extracting daily financial and stock reports, performing data analytics to detect anomalies, and assisting with routine admin tasks to uphold process integrity across our retail network.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.

The Loss Prevention Department providing valuable exposure to business processes and compliance practices. You will gain hands‑on experience in monitoring operational procedures, identifying irregularities, and reporting non‑compliance to ensure process integrity across the organization.

Job Exposure

Extract Symple, Touch ‘n Go, and Epay reports on a daily basis.

Perform data analytics to detect exceptions and anomalies.

Assist with daily administrative and reporting tasks.

Extract Stock In Variance and Return reports on a daily basis.

Perform daily data analytics to identify variances or unusual trends.

Support the team with administrative duties and documentation.
