Job summary

Cambridge Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an ISO Systems Consultant to work directly with clients, delivering consultancy, implementation and advisory services for ISO management systems. The role also involves conducting ISO-related training and workshops, requiring strong communication, presentation and consulting skills, as well as the ability to manage projects independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ISO consultancy, management system implementation, auditing or related field.
• Strong understanding of ISO requirements and documentation.
• Experience conducting gap assessments and internal or certification audits.
• Direct client consultancy experience is a plus.
• Certified Lead Auditor, Train-The-Trainer, and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer are preferred.

Job description

As an ISO Systems Consultant, you will work directly with clients to provide consultancy, implementation and advisory services for ISO management systems. The role also involves conducting ISO-related training and workshops as part of project delivery. This is a client-facing position requiring strong communication, presentation and consulting skills, as well as the ability to manage projects independently.

Key responsibilities

Conduct ISO gap assessments, system implementation and compliance reviews

Develop and review ISO manuals, procedures, SOPs and supporting documentation

Guide clients through implementation, internal audits, certification audits and corrective actions

Provide ongoing advisory support for management system maintenance and continual improvement

Liaise with clients and certification bodies where required

Conduct ISO-related training programmes, including awareness, implementation, internal auditor and other standard-specific training

Deliver training courses, workshops and practical sessions based on client requirements

Prepare and customise training materials, presentations and exercises

Manage consultancy projects, client communication and deliverables

Work independently while managing multiple client assignments and deadlines

About you

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ISO consultancy, management system implementation, auditing or a related field

Good understanding of ISO requirements, management system implementation and documentation

Practical experience in conducting gap assessments, internal audits and/or supporting certification audits

Experience working directly with clients in a consultancy environment is an advantage

Certified Lead Auditor qualification is preferred

TTT (Train-The-Trainer) certification is required

HRD Corp Accredited Trainer certification or equivalent is required

Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills

Able to explain technical requirements clearly and provide practical solutions to clients

Good report writing and documentation skills
