Job summary

Bank Muamalat is seeking a Retail Financing Specialist to join the North Branch team. The role involves assessing and processing retail financing applications for auto, housing, and personal loans in accordance with Islamic banking principles.

Qualifications

Must have strong Finance and Accounting skills and understanding of Islamic banking concepts.
Experience or knowledge of retail financing products and lending processes is required.
Excellent communication skills to explain financing terms clearly and build relationships with customers.
High attention to detail with accurate documentation and data entry.
Solid analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and risk from financial statements.
Familiarity with banking software and ability to maintain records and documentation.
Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess and process retail financing applications (auto, home, personal) in line with Islamic banking principles and internal policies.
Conduct customer interviews, collect and review documentation, and analyze financial information.
Prepare and verify financing proposals; ensure accurate data entry in banking systems.
Monitor application status and coordinate with internal teams to support timely approvals and disbursements.
Explain product features, terms, and obligations to customers while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Contribute to branch sales targets and quality service delivery.
