Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to coordinate daily IQC activities in Bayan Lepas, Penang, in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will ensure QA processes, support IQC operators, and maintain PM and ESD checks.

This role requires a Diploma in Engineering, QA experience, familiarity with Vision Machine and X-Ray equipment, and strong English and interpersonal skills. Experience in semiconductor settings is a plus; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required or equivalent.
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) is required.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Vision Machine (V/M) and X-Ray equipment is an added advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ensure ESD checks and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules are completed on time.
• Monitor and follow up on daily IQC activities to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments to support quality and operational requirements.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
• Working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Vision Machine (V/M) and X-Ray equipment is an added advantage.
