Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead QA processes and ensure quality compliance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
• Knowledge on FMEA, 8D, MSA, SPC
• Basic understanding on Manufacturing / Test Engineering principles, Process Improvements [Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma]
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Customer Quality Issues and Internal Quality issues to drive Corrective & Preventive Actions.
• Facilitate Quality Planning Process [PFMEA, Control Plan, Measurement System Analysis, Quality Gate] for new process setup.
• Manage Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities.
• Coordinate Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT), product qualification, reliability assessment, and related failure investigations.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and coordinate Continuous Improvement activities.
• Perform Quality Audits to ensure compliances, process effectiveness, and elimination of Quality Risks.
