Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Contract Resident IT Support to provide on-site technical assistance at our client’s Ipoh office. You will maintain IT systems, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks.

The role covers hardware diagnostics/repairs, EUC support, network troubleshooting, asset management, and coordination with multiple vendors. Travel to site may be required; 1-year contract with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory and configuring VPN solutions.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking systems, and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to client in Ipoh, including hardware diagnostics/repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Perform EUC support and proactive maintenance of IT infrastructure; troubleshoot network issues.
• Maintain Asset Management records, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate multi-vendor support; deliver user training.
