Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Head of Finance / Group Accountant to lead the finance function of a Data Centre business preparing for a Bursa Malaysia Main Market listing. This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and regulatory compliance across the Group and drives the IPO readiness and REIT reporting framework.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA or equivalent.
• Professional Membership with MIA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Group's finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under MFRS.
• Establish finance policies, procedures and internal controls across the Group.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and performance analysis.
• Monitor financial metrics and investment returns.
