Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a finance professional with a strong background in Bursa-listed and REIT reporting. The role covers financial and management reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation and Board-level submissions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance and at least four years of relevant experience in a listed or corporate environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Growth towards Finance Manager is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in Bursa-listed company is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in financial and management reporting.
• Exposure to annual reports, quarterly reporting or group reporting.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support Bursa announcements and quarterly reporting submissions.
• Prepare Board papers, presentations and management reports.
• Coordinate REIT annual report preparation.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Review tax computations and dividend-related tax matters.
• Monitor treasury and cash management activities.
• Oversee AP and AR processes and related controls.
