Pearson Carter Limited is seeking an experienced IoT / RFID Support Engineer to provide on-site support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational excellence across mission-critical industrial and logistics environments.

This hands-on role requires deployment, monitoring, incident response, and close collaboration with operations, engineering and support teams to keep IoT and RFID systems available 24/7.

Competenze

• 2-5 years hands-on IoT, RFID, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing environments.
• Strong IoT architecture knowledge: sensors, readers, gateways, edge devices.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and device deployment.
• Familiar with Linux/Windows edge computing.
• Ability to interpret diagrams and docs.
• Experience using ticketing and incident systems.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site support for IoT & RFID in production and logistics.
• Troubleshoot RFID hardware, sensors, and network connectivity.
• Deploy, configure, install, relocate, and commission IoT/RFID hardware.
• Monitor device health via dashboards and device management platforms.
• Perform preventive maintenance and firmware updates.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Document incidents and system changes.
