Job summary

Our client, a global industrial technology company in APAC with regional operations in Malaysia, seeks a technically hands-on Systems Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to deploy, troubleshoot and integrate connected industrial systems across the region.

You will provide engineering and troubleshooting support for equipment, controllers, sensors, networks and cloud-connected platforms, coordinating with local teams, customers and global R&D to ensure reliable operation and timely issue

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or related.
Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
Experience in industrial automation, controls, systems integration, IoT, networking, field applications, or technical support.
Willingness to travel within APAC.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integrated industrial systems.
Support installation, commissioning, and testing of industrial systems.
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with global teams.
Collaborate with customers, project teams, suppliers and R&D.
Assist in regional technical coordination across APAC.
