Job summary

Quectel is seeking an experienced ODM Regional Sales Manager to join the Malaysia Sales team, based in Kuala Lumpur or Penang. You will win revenue from IoT and enterprise customers directly, work with MNOs, and through distributors/SIs.

This is an individual contributor role with strong support from FAE, product, engineering, and customer success teams. You will travel regularly to customer premises and possess a proven hunter mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets in ODM/White

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in electronics industries or relevant products, preferably in ODM/White Label sales.
• Proven sales track record in IoT market, especially in two-wheelers, trackers, home appliances.
• Experience working with Chinese ODM companies is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English and local languages; ability to adapt to fast in response and diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Create new opportunities by visiting customers directly and promoting Quectel products for IoT in ODM and White Label markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with MNOs, system integrators, and distributors to drive revenue.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
• Demonstrate urgency and deadline-driven work style; act as a self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
