Job summary

Quectel Wireless Solutions Penang Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a project management professional to lead end-to-end product development initiatives in Penang.

You will plan, monitor, and drive milestones across design, R&D, trials, production and launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery with cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a degree in a related field, strong English communication, and PMP (or similar) credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer, communication, electronic or related.
• Fluency in English is essential for daily work communication.
• Candidates with PMP or other project management professional certificates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate overall plans for new product kick-off, design, R&D stage review, trial production, production and launch, and be responsible for the project progress and overall quality.
• Monitor plan execution, identify causes of delays, and adjust plans to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Supervise cross-department collaboration and ensure timely reporting on project status and milestones.
• Coordinate project wrap-up, summarize goals achieved and lessons learned, and assist product managers with customer requests and support as mass production begins.
