Job summary

SINGDA SUPERALLOY(M)SDN BHD is seeking a warehouse supervisor/manager in Malaysia to support daily warehouse operations. You will help formulate monthly work plans, develop internal processes, and ensure efficient storage, receipt, and distribution of materials.

The role requires at least one year of warehouse management experience in manufacturing and proficiency with ERP systems and office software. Integrity, organization, and adherence to policies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse management experience in manufacturing enterprises.
• Understand relevant policies and regulations.
• Familiar with warehousing management-related professional knowledge.
• Proficient in office automation software, including ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formulating the department's monthly work plan.
• Develop personal monthly work plans.
• Formulate warehouse management systems and processes.
• Participate in the development of internal management systems and procedures.
• Carry out warehouse storage location planning.
• Issue various warehouse documents.
• Organize and carry out material inspection, receiving, classification, shelving, distribution, and record-keeping.
• Monitor inventory levels, provide inventory data to relevant departments, and issue early warnings when stock reaches the minimum threshold.
• Manage and handle slow-moving or stagnant materials.
• Carry out storage and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Guide safe loading and unloading of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
• Execute material handling activities according to instructions.
• Conduct forklift usage status inspections.
• Perform daily maintenance and servicing of forklifts.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
