Job summary

KES International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store/Materials Supervisor in Johor to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, kitting, and ERP transactions. You will ensure safe, secure, and accurate material control from receipt through stocktake to meet production needs.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Logistics or related field with at least 5 years in stores or warehousing, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• SPM/STPM may be considered with strong relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in stores, warehousing, inventory control, or materials handling, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• PCBA/electronics manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Store operations including receiving, storage, kitting, issuance and cycles.
• Verify incoming deliveries against PO and packing list for part number and quantity.
• Coordinate IQA inspections and control materials by status.
• Complete GRN and Oracle/ERP transactions and update bin locations.
• Maintain control of customer-owned, consigned, and high-value materials.
• Plan manpower, assign tasks, and manage shift handovers.
• Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes; investigate variances and corrective actions.
