Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse/Store Supervisor to oversee daily store and inventory operations at our Kulai location. You will ensure accurate stock records, oversee cycle counts, and manage warehouse workflow to support production and distribution.

Requirements include a Diploma in Warehouse/Logistic Management, at least 3 years in a similar role, computer literacy with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Warehouse / Logistic Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Computer literacy; MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of store operations; responsible for all incoming/outgoing goods.
• Proactive, team player, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store and inventory operations and management.
• Perform stock counts / cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage and supervise workers on stock inventory and store processes (FIFO and shelf-life control).
• Implement and maintain 5S and ISO requirements and standards at the warehouse.
• Comply with regulations, policies, procedures, and safety rules; provide reports on inventory levels and discrepancies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as instructed.
