Job summary

SETIA URUSHARTA SDN. BHD is looking for a warehouse associate to receive, inspect, and organize materials in the Johor Kulai facility. You will ensure accurate records of receipt, storage, and stock issuance, and prepare items according to project or maintenance team requests.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years experience in building services, facilities management, or a related field.
• Diploma/Bachelor in building services, facilities management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and organize materials, equipment and stock received in the warehouse
• Ensure all records of receipt, storage and stock issuance are updated accurately
• Prepare, collect and issue materials according to project or maintenance team requests
• Review Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Order (PO) and related documents to ensure quantity and specifications are correct
• Conduct periodic stock counts and ensure inventory is always sufficient
• Coordinate delivery and collection of materials to project sites according to set schedules
• Ensure warehouse is always clean, organized and safe and comply with company safety procedures
• Report any shortages, damage or loss of stock to supervisor immediately
• Maintain and ensure warehouse equipment is used and maintained properly
• Perform other tasks directed by supervisor from time to time
