Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse/inventory specialist in Kulai to receive materials, verify quantities and batches, and manage ERP/OD records to ensure accurate stock. You will perform cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and support line production with timely material transfers.

The role requires a Diploma/SPM with 3 years in warehousing, familiarity with ERP/SAP or WMS, and strong Excel skills; Mandarin communication is a plus for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma / SPM + relevant experience; warehouse-related certificate is a plus.
• 3 years of warehouse / inventory experience in a manufacturing environment; familiar with ERP/SAP or WMS.
• Proficient in MS Excel; basic Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, components, and packaging; perform GR in ERP/OD system; verify quantity, model, batch, and COC/COA against PO; handle discrepancies, damages, and non-conformities.
• Manage bin locations, FIFO/FEFO, and storage conditions; maintain ERP/OD inventory records; control slow-moving and obsolete materials; ensure 5S and warehouse hygiene.
• Issue materials to production lines per BOM and work orders; handle line-side material transfers, returns, and scraps; ensure zero line-stoppage due to material shortage.
• Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and monthly reconciliations; coordinate annual stocktake; investigate variances and root causes; submit accurate stock reports.
