Job summary

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd located in Ipoh, Perak is seeking an Inventory Executive to support stock handling, packing for online orders, and logistics coordination. You will ensure accurate stock records and smooth warehouse operations while collaborating with the admin team.

Responsibilities include receiving stock, verifying serial numbers, performing stock takes, and maintaining a safe workplace. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities for bonuses and ESOS.

Qualifications

• Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills.
• Positive attitude, team player and self-motivated.
• Ability to operate a reach truck is preferred.
• Possess a valid reach truck license will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packing and preparing stock for online sales based on invoices.
• Handle incoming and outgoing stock, check goods condition, ensure serial numbers match invoices/delivery orders, and perform goods receiving in system.
• Manage warehouse inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock takes; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate logistics schedules and deliveries; work with admin to ensure correct items are prepared for delivery.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure warehouse; proper storage and organization of goods.
