Job summary

Creative Bliss Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse/Store Assistant to receive, store, and issue materials in accordance with PO/DO.

You will maintain stock records in the ERP system, perform regular stock counts, and ensure 5S standards while coordinating with Production and other departments. Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory operations is preferred.
• Experience in receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control.
• Familiar with PO, DO, and stock documentation.
• Basic computer skills and ERP/inventory systems experience is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in stock records.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit to handle materials.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Verify the quantity and condition of received materials.
• Record all incoming and outgoing materials in the ERP/inventory system.
• Arrange and store materials in the correct storage locations.
• Issue materials to Production and other departments according to approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of all materials.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when materials are low.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents and records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the store area.
• Follow company SOPs and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials when required.
