Job summary

Navamas Engineering Sdn Bhd in Lumut, Malaysia is seeking an Inventory/Store Clerk to manage daily store operations and inventory controls. You will record stock movements, conduct regular stock counts, and verify deliveries against purchase orders to ensure proper documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Inventory Management with at least 3 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and inventory control.
• Record and monitor stock movement (incoming/outgoing).
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean storage areas.
• Prepare inventory reports and support audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
