Job summary

Contacthings Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inventory Data Entry specialist for a 4-month contract in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will input daily inventory counts, stock arrivals, shipments, and transfers into the database, while verifying counts and maintaining SKU listings.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is essential, with ERP familiarity (SAP or NetSuite) a plus. Strong typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills are required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business/logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience like SAP or NetSuite is a plus.
• High typing speed with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Input daily inventory counts, stock arrivals, shipments, and transfers into the database.
• Verify physical stock counts against system records and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain clean and structured SKU listings, product specs, and pricing data.
• Generate routine stock reports for management and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to resolve missing or mismatched data.
